Consumer Protection Act 1986 .

"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises.He is not dependant on us .We are dependant on him. He is not an outsider on our business . He is part of it .We are not doing him favour by serving him. He is doing us favour by giving us an opportunity to do so."

In todays global economy market power and the influence of corpoation have outstripped the capacity of nations to control them. Government and civil society groups need to play a more active role to ensure that all corporation s are accountable for their conduct and fully assume their responsibilities.

Our aim is that ,the people know their rights and able to protect him/herself from globalisation of market.We wants to make sentences of gandhiji true for real world .Each bussinessman always remember his responsibilities toward customer.

MP State government has given state level best organization award to Akhil Bhartiya Updhokta Uthan Sangathan for working on the field of consumer rights on world consumer day celebration. Award was recieved by Mr H S Shukla.
